We’re Hiring: SEO Specialist (2–3 Years Experience)

🔍 Role Overview

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who can take ownership of organic growth across multiple client projects and internal brands.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent mapping (US market focus)

Plan and execute on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, content optimization)

Manage technical SEO (site audits, Core Web Vitals, indexing, schema basics)

Collaborate with content and dev teams to implement SEO-led strategies

Perform competitor and SERP analysis to identify ranking opportunities

Track performance using GSC, GA4, and SEO tools; report actionable insights

Support local SEO and service-page optimization where required

✅ What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of proven SEO experience

Strong understanding of Google algorithms and best practices

Comfortable working with data, audits, and execution, not just theory

Clear communication and ownership mindset
