Job Overview

As a Social Media Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and growing the digital presence of our clients across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

From creating engaging content to interacting with customers and supporting digital campaigns, you'll play a key role in strengthening each client's online brand.

• Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management. Manage Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
• Content Creation: Create and upload:
• Reels
• Stories
• Posts
• Product Images
• Short Videos
• Write engaging captions and hashtags.
• Coordinate with the in-house creative team during photoshoots and video shoots.
• Support influencer collaborations.
• Community Engagement Respond to Facebook comments and messages.
• Handle Instagram DMs.
• Manage WhatsApp customer enquiries.
• Reply to customer reviews professionally.
• Build strong relationships with online audiences.
• Brand Growth: Increase followers and engagement.
• Improve brand awareness.
• Monitor industry trends.
• Research competitors.
• Support influencer marketing campaigns.
• Digital Advertising: Assist in creating and managing Facebook Ads.
• Support Instagram promotional campaigns.
• Promote product launches, festive offers, and special events.
• YouTube Management: Upload videos.
• Optimise titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Improve video discoverability using SEO best practices.
• Engage with subscribers through comments and updates.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain a content calendar.
