What is a Social Media Manager?A Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content on social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall online growth. They also focus on increasing followers/subscribers and building an active online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase followers/subscribers and drive engagement by boosting the company’s profile across all active social platforms
• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and promotional content
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions
• Monitor social media performance and analyze engagement metrics
• Plan marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Develop written, visual, and creative content to encourage likes, comments, and shares
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of major social media platforms
• Ability to increase followers/subscribers and improve engagement
• Creative thinking and basic content creation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in social media management will be an added advantage
