Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media Superhero to grow Brishni on Social Media. Starting in 2016 in 2026 we now have 200K organic and engaged followers on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. The chosen one should help us to accelerate this growth journey in today’s dynamic and fast growing fashion market.

Must have requirements: 

• Should have at least 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing with a proven track record of achieving significant growth.
• Should have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and journey on social media.
• Should have an analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Should be able to read and write Bengali and English fluently.

Responsibilities: The major responsibilities are:

1. Work with the leadership to create and document social media strategies and build systems and processes to execute the same. 
2. Build an efficient content production and distribution system.
3. Create and present weekly and monthly marketing KPI reports. 
4. Analyze the gaps and opportunities to improve the social media impact on revenue.
