Production Supervisor – Scaffolding Products

We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our scaffolding manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities and ensuring smooth factory operations. Candidates with any production supervising experience in manufacturing industries are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production of scaffolding and formwork materials.
• Maintain labour attendance and monitor worker performance.
• Keep records of daily production reports and production planning.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
• Coordinate dispatch of finished goods with the dispatch department.
• Ensure proper data maintenance of production, stock, and dispatch records.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure work is completed on time.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and quality standards in the factory.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in any manufacturing industry.
• Ability to manage labour and supervise factory work.
• Basic knowledge of production reporting, stock records, and dispatch documentation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in scaffolding, fabrication, or engineering products will be an advantage but not mandatory.
