 Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)

 

 Experience: 1-2 years in Talent Acquisition or a similar role

 Education: Graduate (B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.), MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Strategy:

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates



Utilize multiple channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks to source candidates



Identify new and creative ways to reach out to potential candidates



Candidate Screening & Shortlisting:

Review resumes and applications to identify the best talent



Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit



Maintain timely and professional communication with all applicants



Interview Coordination & Process Management:

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers



Gather and document interview feedback to facilitate smooth decision-making



Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process



Building & Maintaining Talent Pipelines:

Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs



Engage with passive candidates and develop long-term relationships with potential hires



Keep track of industry hiring trends and market conditions



Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner



Actively contribute to enhancing the employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience



Promote House of EdTech as a great place to work through social media, networking events, and recruitment campaigns



Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on key hiring metrics



Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency



Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR role



Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English



Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively



Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)



Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively



Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

Experience working in the ed-tech industry or fast-growing startups



Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools



Experience in campus hiring, bulk hiring, or leadership hiring
