• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Explain life insurance plans, benefits & financial protection options
• Recommend suitable policies based on customer requirements

🧾 Policy Documentation & Onboarding

• Assist clients in completing KYC, proposal forms, and policy application
• Coordinate with branch operations for policy issuance & servicing

🔄 After-Sales Support & Retention

• Provide support for renewals, claims, and customer queries
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely service

📈 Business Development & Growth

• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets
• Participate in marketing campaigns, lead generation & customer meets
