Job Purpose:Financial consultant/ASSOCIATE

Partner

Providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services.

Assessing client's overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan.

Guiding clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision.

The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors. & support/train them and enable them to procure investment from the market & subsequently service the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the Yearly target set in the Goal Sheet.

2. Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.

3. Maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
