1️⃣ Team Management

Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors / agents

Train them on products, sales process, and compliance

Motivate the team to achieve daily & monthly targets

2️⃣ Sales & Business Development

Drive new life insurance business

Support advisors in lead conversion, client meetings, and closures

Ensure achievement of premium targets (NOP & FYP)

3️⃣ Training & Coaching

Conduct regular product and sales training

Teach need-based selling & objection handling

Help agents improve productivity and persistency

4️⃣ Customer & Relationship Management

Support advisors during important customer meetings

Handle escalations if required

Ensure quality business & long-term policy retention

5️⃣ Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track daily sales, activity, and pipeline

Submit reports to Branch Manager / Sales Manager

Monitor advisor performance and retention

6️⃣ Compliance & Process Adherence

Ensure proper documentation (KYC, proposal, medical, etc.)

Follow IRDAI & company guidelines

Maintain clean and ethical business
