Telecaller

📝 Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and confident Telecallers who can communicate effectively with customers, generate leads and close sales over phone calls. This is an incentive-based role for the first 3 months, after which high performers will be moved to a fixed salary structure based on performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to prospective customers
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate quality leads
• Maintain proper follow-up and customer records
• Update call reports and daily performance sheets
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets
• Build positive customer relationships
