Position: Telecalling/Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecalling/Social Media Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions via phone calls and leveraging social media platforms to enhance the company’s online presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling Duties:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed product/service information.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and escalate issues as needed.

Social Media Marketing Duties:

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and direct messages; respond promptly to audience interactions.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure high-quality visual and written materials.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in telecalling and/or social media marketing (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
