Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Uber services
- Assist customers and driver-partners with ride, payment, and account-related queries
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution
- Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally
- Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support preferred
