Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers over the phone and understand their requirements.

Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely updates.

Professionally handle customer queries and resolve issues.

Accurately record call details and customer interactions in the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Gender: Female candidates only

Age: 18 to 35 years

Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling experience

Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Bengali

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Working Hours & Benefits:

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
