Telecalling Executive

A Real Estate Telecaller generates leads and drives sales by making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining property details, answering queries, scheduling site visits, and following up, all while updating client records in a CRM system to support the sales team and meet targets. Key responsibilities include cold calling, lead nurturing, handling objections, maintaining product knowledge, and strong communication, with qualifications typically needing prior sales/telecalling experience and CRM familiarity. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential buyers, introduce property listings, and generate new leads.
• ** Client Engagement:** Respond to inbound inquiries, provide detailed information on projects, pricing, and offers, and answer client questions.
• ** Sales Support:** Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients and sales representatives.
• ** Data Management:** Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in the CRM system.
• ** Follow-Up:** Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to nurture them and convert them into sales.
• ** Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
• ** Market Knowledge:** Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, and promotions.
• ** Objection Handling:** Address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• ** Experience:** Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, ideally in real estate or sales.
• ** Communication:** Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• ** Technical Skills:** Proficiency with CRM software and basic data entry.
• ** Soft Skills:** Ability to build rapport, handle rejection, manage high-pressure situations, and adapt communication style.
• ** Education:** High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
