Requirement of Tele callers for daily calling to our listed Dealers & Distributors with min. 1 year of Tele Sales experiences. (Outbound calling/ Customer Service)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Primary order confirmation from dealer/wholeseller by showing sample over whatsapp
Dispatch follow-up over call
Party dispute solving over call.
Follow up with customer on daily basis.
