Job OverviewOur Dubai-based Banking DSA client is urgently hiring experienced work-from-home telecalling executives from India. The role involves handling bank account opening and business loan products for UAE-based companies and business owners. Candidates must have strong banking or sales experience, excellent English and Hindi communication skills, and the ability to conduct professional banking sales conversations over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to UAE business owners and company representatives
• Explain and promote banking products clearly and professionally
• Identify eligible prospects and generate quality leads
• Achieve assigned monthly account opening targets
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead status updates
• Coordinate with the backend and documentation team for successful onboarding
• Follow banking sales standards, compliance guidelines, and call quality norms
• Work ScheduleWorking Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM IST

• Includes 1-hour lunch break
• Saturday: Half-day
• Sunday: Weekly off
• All Indian public holidays are observed as holidays

⚠️ Although this is a work-from-home role, it follows a regular 8-hour professional work schedule.

A calling software will be provided by the client.

An additional monitoring software will be installed to monitor the work window/screen during working hours.

• Candidate RequirementsProven experience in banking sales, DSA operations, or financial product telecalling
• Indian banking or sales experience is acceptable
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a monitored, target-driven remote environment
• Disciplined, reliable, and performance-oriented
• CompensationFixed Monthly Salary: ₹25,000
• Monthly Target: 4 Bank Account Openings
