Job Title: Tele-caller – School Data Outreach (Fresher)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers who are passionate about

communication and outreach. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating

conversations with schools and educational institutions to share information about our

offerings and gather relevant feedback

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with good communication skills to join our outreach team. The role involves connecting with pre-primary and primary schools across different regions to collect verified contact details (email IDs, phone numbers, and key contact persons) for official communication purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to pre-primary and primary schools across assigned regions.

Gather accurate contact details such as school email IDs, principal/head contact information, and other relevant data.

Maintain and update the contact database in the prescribed Excel/CRM format.

Explain briefly that the call is made on behalf of MEPSC for educational partnership or communication purposes.

Ensure politeness, professionalism, and clarity during calls.

Report daily progress to the team lead/HR.

Requirements:

Freshers welcome (minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream).

Good verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional language is an added advantage).

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, email).

Pleasant voice, patience, and good telephone etiquette.

Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.

Must have their own laptop
