Role Overview

The Tele Survey Executive will conduct outbound telephone surveys as per the provided questionnaire. This is a non-sales role focused on data collection, customer feedback, and opinion research while strictly following scripts and compliance guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to respondents for surveys
• Ask survey questions clearly and record responses accurately
• Follow the approved survey script and call flow
• Ensure consent and compliance as per survey guidelines
• Handle basic objections and refusals politely
• Maintain call quality and professional call etiquette
• Meet daily call and completion targets
• Update survey responses correctly in CRM or survey tools
• Skills and RequirementsClear communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read and follow scripts accurately
• Good listening and documentation skills
• Patient, polite, and confident on calls
• Preferred BackgroundExperience in tele-surveys, BPO voice process, or call centers
• Exposure to UK or international survey processes is a plus
• Understanding of consent and data privacy basics preferred
