Senior Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (Finance & Taxation)

📝 Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven, experienced Telecaller and Deal Closer to join our team. You will not just be making calls; you will be consulting clients, solving their financial/taxation challenges, and closing high-ticket deals over the phone. If you have a strong persuasive voice, understand financial products, and love hitting targets, this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound & Inbound Sales: Make 60+ productive outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads to pitch financial, taxation, or NGO fundraising services.
  • Consultative Closing: Understand customer pain points, explain complex financial/tax jargon in simple terms, and guide them to a confident purchase or donation.
  • Objection Handling: Confidently address customer hesitations, negotiate terms, and use ethical persuasion to convert leads into active clients.
  • Pipeline Management: End-to-end follow-up with prospects. Collect necessary documents (KYC, tax forms) and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain 100% accurate call logs, update lead statuses in the CRM (Zoho/Salesforce), and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
  • ✅ Job Requirements (Who should apply?)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or BPO (specifically in Finance, Insurance, Loans, or NGO fundraising).
  • Education: 12th Pass required; Graduate preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and [Insert Regional Language, e.g., Hindi/Bengali/Marathi].
  • Core Skills: Strong negotiation, objection handling, active listening, and a target-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with dialers and CRM software.
