 Urgently Required: Telesales Executive(Education Sector – Spoken English | Share Trading | Class 7–12 English)🎯 Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and enroll students in our courses such as Spoken English, Share Trading, and English (Class 7–12). The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into admissions, and build strong relationships with students and parents.

  • 🛠 Key Roles & Responsibilities1️⃣ Lead Calling & ConversionCall fresh and existing leads generated through ads, social media, and walk-ins
  • Explain course features, benefits, fees, and batch timings
  • Understand student/parent requirements and suggest suitable courses
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Maintain daily call targets and admission targets
  • 2️⃣ Course CounselingGuide students about:
  • Spoken English & Personality Development
  • Share Trading & Stock Market Training
  • English for Class 7–12 (CBSE/ICSE/ISC)
  • Handle objections confidently (fees, timing, trust issues, etc.)
  • Follow up regularly until closure
  • 3️⃣ Data & CRM ManagementMaintain proper call records
  • Update lead status (Interested / Follow-up / Not Interested / Admitted)
  • Maintain student database and follow-up schedule
  • 4️⃣ CoordinationCoordinate with academic team regarding demo classes
  • Inform students about demo sessions and confirm attendance
  • Ensure smooth handover after admission
  • 5️⃣ Target & Revenue FocusAchieve monthly admission targets
  • Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling courses
  • 🎓 Required SkillsGood communication skills (English + Hindi/Bengali preferred)
  • Confident and persuasive speaking ability
  • Basic knowledge of education/courses
  • Comfortable with phone calling and follow-ups
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
  • ⭐ Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in telesales / education counseling (1–3 years preferred)
