Location: Newtown (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (IT/Digital sales preferred)

Qualification: Graduation preferred

🔍 Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell IT products, SaaS platforms, and digital solutions over phone calls and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, skilled in lead conversion, and capable of managing the complete telesales cycle.

📈 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on incoming leads

Promote IT services, SaaS products, and digital marketing solutions

Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions

Handle the sales process from first contact to deal closure

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM systems

Schedule demos/meetings for senior sales or product teams when required

Build rapport with customers for repeat business and referrals

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales (IT/Digital preferred)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Bengali

Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

⭐ Preferred (Added Advantage)

Experience using CRM tools

Knowledge of SaaS products, automation tools, WhatsApp API, or digital services

Prior B2B telesales experience
