We are looking for a motivated and hardworking B2B Telesales Executive for our clothing brand. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales through IndiaMART, managing customer relationships, and supporting daily business operations.

This role is not just calling — you will be involved in sales, operations, and coordination, so you must be proactive and responsible.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B sales calls and leads from IndiaMART

• Convert leads into bulk orders

• Maintain proper customer database (Excel) including:

• Name

• Phone number

• Business details

• Requirements

• Manage billing and order entries

• Maintain and update stock records

• Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow

• Assist in social media content uploading (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Help in packaging, printing, and dispatch work when required

• Do regular follow-ups with clients

🧠 Required Skills

• Good communication skills ( T English + Hindi / Bengali preferred)

• Basic knowledge of Excel (must)

• Sales mindset with confidence in talking to business clients

• Ability to handle multiple tasks (sales + operations)

• Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented

✅ Preferred Candidate

• Experience in telesales / B2B sales / clothing industry is a plus

• Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude can also apply
