Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at Shamyaan Enterprises Pvt Ltd located in Kolkata. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales calls, customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns, providing training when necessary, and ensuring customer support.
