Job Description

We are a fast-growing SaaS company building powerful software for salons and wellness businesses. We are looking for hungry, disciplined, and target-driven Telesales Executives who can sell a real product — not just make calls.

This is not a call-center job. This is a complete sales role where you will own the full cycle:

Lead generation → Pitch → Demo → Free Trial → Conversion.

Key Responsibilities

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for the complete sales pipeline:

1. Lead Generation (Daily)Find salon owners’ contact details using Google Maps, Google Search, and online directories

  • Build your own daily calling list of salon owners
  • Maintain clean and updated lead data in CRM

2. Cold Calling & PitchingCall salon owners daily and:

  • Understand their business problems
  • Clearly explain how our salon software solves those problems
  • Create strong interest in our product

3. Product DemoSchedule and conduct live software demos with interested salon owners

  • Explain features, benefits, and business impact in simple language
  • Handle objections confidently

4. Free Trial & Conversion

  • Convert interested prospects into free trial users
  • Follow up consistently during trial period
  • Close paid subscriptions

5. Daily Reporting & DisciplineFollow daily reporting structure with sales manager

  • Maintain call logs, demo status, and pipeline updates
  • Work with strict daily and weekly targets

Daily & Weekly Performance Expectations - This is a performance-based role with clear execution standards:

Daily Minimum Targets:

  • 100 outbound calls per day
  • 1 demo scheduled per day

Weekly Minimum Targets:

  • 3 demos conducted per week
  • 1 free trial / sale conversion per week

Unique Hiring Process (Important)We do not hire based only on interviews.

All shortlisted candidates must go through a 5-day product training program.

After training:

  • You will be evaluated on:
  • Product understanding
  • Demo ability
  • Sales pitch clarity
  • Final selection will be based on your ability to sell, not just talk.

This ensures we build a strong, professional sales team.

  • Required SkillsStrong spoken communication skills (English + Hindi / Regional language preferred)
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
  • Ability to quickly understand software products
  • Self-driven and highly disciplined (remote work environment)
  • Comfortable with targets and performance pressure
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, Zoom/Meet)
  • Preferred BackgroundExperience in SaaS, IT services, CRM, ERP, or software sales
  • Experience selling to small business owners
