Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and results-driven Female Telecalling Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, your primary objective will be to connect with potential clients, effectively communicate the value of our offerings, and close sales to drive profitability.

This is a strictly target-based role designed for ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to earn high incentives based on their performance.

Comprehensive 7-Day Training: Don’t worry if you don't know our specific offerings yet! We provide a mandatory 7-day paid training program where you will learn everything you need to know about our products, services, and sales pitches to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed and close deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain our products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Understand customer needs, handle objections effectively, and close sales to achieve daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets.
  • Follow up consistently with potential clients to build relationships and convert warm leads into paying customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer details, and sales activities in our database.
  • Actively participate in the 7-day initial training and apply the strategies learned to maximize your closing ratio.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (sales experience is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
  • A strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
  • A target-oriented mindset with a hunger to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude when handling customer rejections.
