Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our EdTech team! Your main role will be to connect with students and parents over the phone, explain our online courses, and help them with enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential students and parents to share information about our courses.
• Answer queries and provide clear details about programs, fees, and benefits.
• Follow up with interested leads to complete the admission process.
• Maintain records of calls and feedback in the system.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
• Basic computer knowledge and internet access.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
