Job Description
Timings :- 3p.m. - 9p.m.
Nature of JOB - Work From Home - Internship
Key Responsibilities:
- Reply to unread WhatsApp and CRM leads
- Call back missed calls within 10–15 minutes
- Take follow-ups on pending leads
- Handle fresh leads during evening hours and Sundays
- Update CRM with proper lead status (New / Follow-up / Confirmed / Not Interested)
- Assist in scheduling AC pickup appointments
- Send confirmation messages to customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali and English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp
- Responsible and responsive attidue.
