Territory Head – Sales (Pest Control Services)

Location / Territory

Siliguri, Alipurduar, Jaigoan, Cooch Behar & Assam (field + travel required)

Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth (B2B + B2C) for pest control services across the assigned territory, building new accounts, closing deals, and coordinating service delivery with operations.

Key Responsibilities

•  Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the territory
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, site visits, and close orders
• Focus on B2B clients: Hotels, Hospitals,Schools, Warehouses, Factories, Offices, Housing Societies
• Pitch and sell services: General Pest,Termite (Pre/Post), Bed Bug, Rodent, Mosquito, AMC contracts
• Build and manage pipeline, follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations
• Handle key accounts, renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate with operations for smooth service execution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain daily/weekly reporting (meetings, pipeline, closures)
• Requirements       
•  Graduate preferred
• 5–10 years field sales experience (service/ Specially preferred Pest Control industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
•    Must be willing to travel across North Bengal + Assam
•    Two-wheeler preferred; basic reporting on WhatsApp/Excel/Sheets

Compensation

Fixed + Incentives (as per experience)
