Sai PVC Decor PVT LTD is a manufacturing company. We are into manufacturing of PVC Sheets. We are a PAN India company and we have our sales team all across India.

We also deal in Louvers and Liners.

Currently we are looking for a senior candidate who has a minimum experience of 10 years and who will be leading our Sales Force in Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha and West Bengal Territories. In a nutshell he sall be responsible for our complete Eastern Region.

His Roles and Responsibilities will be as follows -

1. Managing of the Sales Staff under him.
2. Managing the Distributors and Dealers which comes under his territories.
3. Making new Distributors and Dealers, as required.
4. Meeting the old Distributors and delaers incase of any concerns and issues.
5. Increasing Company's Sales
6. Recruitment and extending sales team.

We are looking someone preferably from PVC, PLYWOOD OR MICA Industry because it becomes easy for them to get new dealers and staff from the same industry.

If having a good sales experience and managing skills, we can hire someone from the other industry too.

The salary range mentioned here is the range wonly. The actual salary will depend on the experience of the candidate.

The candidate must have a bike and driving license.
