Job Type: Internship (Full-Time) — Will be converted to full-time based on performance

Job Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Transcriptionist who can transcribe audio recordings into clean and accurate text. Most of the content will be in Bengali, so strong language skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribing Bengali audio into proper written text
• Maintaining correct grammar, punctuation, and formatting
• Ensuring high accuracy and timely submission of assigned transcriptions
• Coordinating with the team for content quality enhancement

Requirements:

• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Strong command over Bengali (speaking + understanding)
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
• Reliable and punctual with deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Prior transcription work (bonus, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with transcription tools/software
• Ability to differentiate tone, context, and slang in Bengali
• Time management and a strong work ethic
