Job Summary:

Yepplo Service Apartments is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging visual content that showcases our premium serviced apartments and enhances our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms
• Create property walkthrough videos, reels, and promotional ads highlighting apartment features and amenities
• Add music, graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance video quality
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver content accordingly
• Maintain brand consistency in style, tone, and visual storytelling
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats (vertical, horizontal, short-form, long-form)
• Manage video assets, file organization, and backups
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Basic understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
