About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled full-time video editor who can create engaging short-form content, social media ads, and motion graphics.

Your main responsibility will be editing high-performing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and direct-response ads for brands and creators.

You must be able to replicate any editing style with precision and deliver polished content that performs well on social media.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)

• Create engaging social media ads and promotional videos

• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound effects

• Replicate different editing styles exactly when required

• Follow editing references and maintain consistent visual quality

• Deliver videos within deadlines and production timelines

• Collaborate with the team to improve storytelling and engagement

Requirements

• Strong experience with Premiere Pro / After Effects

• Solid skills in motion graphics and animation

• Ability to replicate editing styles like Alex Hormozi / modern viral edits

• Experience editing ads, reels, and viral short-form content

• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention

• Ability to follow references and match styles exactly

• Fast turnaround time and strong attention to detail

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)

• Experience with AI video tools

• Experience editing UGC ads or commercial-style videos

• Understanding of viral short-form content structure
