We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer / Video Editor who can capture and craft powerful visual stories, especially patient journeys, treatment awareness, and social media content.

🎬 Key Responsibilities

📹 Videography

• Shoot high-quality videos (interviews, patient testimonials, treatments, events)
• Handle camera setups, lighting, and sound
• Travel to different Save Medha centers for shoots

✂️ Video Editing

• Edit videos for:
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube (Shorts & long-form)
• Facebook & Ads
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and color grading
• Maintain brand consistency in all videos

📱 Content Creation Support

• Collaborate with marketing team for viral content ideas
• Create engaging storytelling videos based on real patient cases
• Optimize videos for social media performance

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Basic knowledge of:
• After Effects (preferred)
• Understanding of:
• Social media trends & viral formats
• Good sense of storytelling and emotional content

🎯 Preferred Candidate

• Experience in healthcare / documentary-style videos (bonus)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Passion for meaningful and impactful content

💼 Job Details

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
• Overtime: Extra payment
• Probation Period: 3 months
• First Increment: After successful probation
