Job SummaryThe Waiter / Steward is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service. The role focuses on creating a positive dining experience while maintaining outlet standards, hygiene, and professionalism.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ServiceGreet guests warmly and assist them with seating
• Present menus, explain menu items, and take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle basic guest queries politely
• Order Handling & CoordinationCoordinate with kitchen and bar/brew counter for timely order execution
• Ensure correct orders are delivered to the correct tables
• Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests
• Hygiene & Outlet StandardsMaintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Ensure proper grooming and uniform standards at all times
• Billing & Cash HandlingAssist in billing procedures and handle payments if required
• Ensure accuracy in bills and transactions
• Team SupportSupport team members during peak hours
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned
• Follow outlet SOPs and instructions from supervisors
• Requirements & SkillsPrior experience as a waiter/steward preferred (freshers may apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food & beverage service
