Watch Technician

The candidate will be responsible for diagnose faults in mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches, disassemble and assemble watch movements with precision, Clean, lubricate, and adjust movement parts, replace or repair components (gears, springs, batteries, crystals, straps, crowns), regulate timekeeping accuracy using timing machines, water-resistance testing and resealing cases, polish cases and bracelets (basic to advanced finishing).

Technical skills: Read technical diagrams and schematics, handle microscopic parts using specialized tools, work on luxury brands or mass-market watches, perform quality checks after repair or servicing

Customer & Workplace Duties: Explain repair issues and provide cost estimates, maintain service records and inventory of parts, follow brand service standards and safety guidelines, handle watches with care, confidentiality, and precision.
