AC-HVAC Technician

Perform high-quality copper pipe brazing for split, cassette, ductable, VRF, and VRV AC systems

Carry out AC installation, piping, insulation, pressure testing, vacuuming, and gas charging

• Read and understand HVAC drawings, piping layouts, and schematics
• Ensure nitrogen purging during brazing to avoid oxidation and carbon formation
• Detect and rectify refrigerant leaks effectively
• Ensure proper alignment, support, and finishing of copper piping
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for execution as per schedule
• Follow safety standards, work permits, and PPE requirements at site
• Maintain tools, brazing equipment, and gas cylinders in good condition
• Perform troubleshooting and minor repair work when required
