Job Description: W3 Web School is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students and convert inquiries into admissions. Candidates with experience in sales or the education industry will be given preference, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses offered by W3 Web School
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries
• Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities clearly
• Follow up with potential students and maintain lead data
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Maintain records using MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams
• Provide excellent customer support and build strong relationships

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Sales and lead conversion skills
• Team communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work with targets

Language Requirements:

• English – Good, Hindi – Required, Bengali – Required

Experience:

• Freshers can apply, Experience in sales or education sales is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month, Attractive incentives based on performance
