📝 Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Academic Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding students through their academic journeys by providing expert advice on course selections, career paths, and program options. Freshers with strong communication skills and a desire to grow are welcome, while candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience will be preferred.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on academic programs and career opportunities.
• Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, or online leads) professionally and efficiently.
• Assist students in choosing the right course based on their interests and educational background.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students.
• Support in admission procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion.
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
• ✅ Requirements: Language: Proficiency in Bengali is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
• Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream).
• Experience: Freshers can apply | Preference given to candidates with 2+ years in academic counseling or education industry.
