Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to join our academy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining our courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students
• Explain academy courses and benefits clearly
• Convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain student data and follow-up records in the system
• Build good relationships with students and parents

Requirements:

• Fluency in Bengali (must)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer/system knowledge
• Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
• Positive attitude, energetic & Proactive

Salary:- 10,000 - 12,000 Per Month | Attractive Incentives

Experience:- 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
