Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Brand Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with colleges and universities, driving collaborations, and organizing seminars to promote our brand. This role requires excellent communication and convincing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Key Responsibilities:
• College Outreach:
• Identify and contact colleges and universities for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at educational institutions, including deans, professors, and student coordinators.
• Collaboration and Partnership Development:
• Propose and negotiate collaboration opportunities with educational institutions, such as co-branded seminars, workshops, and other events.
• Ensure all partnerships align with the company’s brand strategy and goals.
• Event Planning and Execution:
• Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and other events at partner colleges to promote our brand and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution, including marketing materials, logistics, and speaker arrangements.
• Follow-Up and Relationship Management:
• Maintain regular follow-up with partner colleges to ensure ongoing collaboration and explore new opportunities.
• Collect feedback from educational institutions and event participants to continuously improve the quality and impact of our offerings.
• Lead Generation & Conversion
• Identify and contact potential students through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Follow up on leads generated via digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and workshops.
• Counsel prospective learners on suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments and meet monthly/quarterly admission targets.
• Maintain a CRM database of leads and track conversions regularly.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in r sales is desirable.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Convincing Skills:
• Proven ability to persuade and negotiate successfully with external partners to achieve collaboration goals.
• Event Management:
• Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events such as seminars, workshops, or promotional activities.
• Time Management:
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during outreach or event execution.
