🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding institute programs, course structures, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads generated through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Maintain student databases and update daily reports of calls, visits, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for scheduling demo sessions, seminars, and workshops.
• Ensure a positive student experience by providing continuous support and guidance.
• Achieve weekly/monthly admission and conversion targets.

🔹 Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science background preferred)

✅ Min. 1 year in education sector (Marketing/Counselling/ Calling)

✅ Languages: Bengali & English

✅ Strong communication & convincing skills

✅ Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

💰 Salary & Benefits Up to ₹3,00,000 LPA + Incentives | PF, ESI & statutory benefits
