Account Executive (Accounting)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support budgeting and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and banking transactions.
• Support audits, tax filing, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for account-related queries and settlements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
