Account Manager

• Financial Record Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

• Financial Reporting, reconciliation of the commission received

Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for internal and external use.

Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Budget Management:

Assist in the development and management of the organization’s budget.

Monitor budgetary control by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field , CA intermediate or foundation

Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Working Conditions:

Typical office environment.

May require some additional hours during month-end closing and audit periods.

Possible occasional travel for training or meetings.
