Looking for a Commercial Executive with a strong background in statutory compliance and commercial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in activities such as GST filing, PF & ESI management, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory returns, apart from general accounting responsibilities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle GST filing, input/output reconciliation, and coordination with auditors for compliance.
• Manage PF, ESI, and Professional Tax (P-Tax) processes — including monthly filings, challan preparation, and liaison with relevant departments.
• Ensure timely deduction and filing of TDS for vendors, employees, and contractors.
• Maintain compliance records and assist during statutory and internal audits.
• Support the finance and HR departments in ensuring smooth statutory compliance and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain commercial documentation related to vendor payments, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Assist in MIS reporting, data compilation, and coordination with various departments for commercial activities.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and compliance requirements and implement them effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial operations and statutory compliance.
• Sound knowledge of GST, PF, ESI, P-Tax, and TDS regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
