Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and streamline our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GST filing, TDS, and pharmaceutical inventory management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Maintain accurate day-to-day books of accounts, including cash flow, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Taxation & Compliance: Timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS computations, and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.
• Inventory & Audit: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for periodic stock audits. Assist in year-end financial closing and statutory audits.
• Banking: Handle banking transactions, including the management of credit limits, LC, and coordination with bank officials for financial requirements.
• Payables & Receivables: Monitor outstanding payments from stockists/distributors and ensure timely settlement of supplier invoices.
• Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience (experience in the Pharmaceutical/Wholesale sector is highly preferred).
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel. Familiarity with pharma software like Pharmarack or Evital is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of GST, Income Tax rules, and Finalization of Accounts.
• Attributes: Strong analytical skills, punctuality, and the ability to work under month-end pressure.
