Job Description:

Balaram Mallick & Radharaman Mallick is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our Basanta Lal Saha Road office.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bills
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in GST compliance, returns, and related documentation
• Maintain purchase and sales records
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally preferred)
• Basic understanding of GST and taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
