JOB TITLE : Stock & Reports Accountant (BUSY Software)

EDUACATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent commerce degree; certification in BUSY software preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter and manage stock transactions in BUSY: item creation, receipts, issues, batches, and inventory adjustments.​
• Track stock levels, categories, and valuations (e.g., weighted average, FIFO) using BUSY inventory modules.
• Generate stock reports in BUSY: stock status, inventory summary, party-wise analysis, ageing, and MIS for management.
• Reconcile book vs. physical stock, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records daily.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years experience handling stock/inventory in BUSY software for trading/manufacturing setups.
• Proficient in BUSY stock modules: item setup, transactions, reports (no taxation needed).​
• Detail-oriented, independent worker familiar with inventory trends and basic stock control.
