Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage our daily accounting operations, including purchase & sales entries, challan and invoice genration, stock/inventory management, salary calculations, and GST filing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software and strong knowledge of GST compliance.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate purchase, challan, invoices and sales entries.
• Handle sales, stock & inventory reconciliation on a regular basis for all the stores.
• Monitor and update daily store-wise stock reports.
• Prepare and process salary & wage calculations.
• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure compliance
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial summaries for management
• Assist with audits and internal financial reviews
