About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, and compliance, particularly within NBFCs, financial services, or CA firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements in compliance with IND AS
• Review monthly closure entries and supporting workings
• Analyze and review product-wise and branch-wise P&L statements
• Prepare MIS reports to support management decision-making
• Draft and finalise Notes to Accounts annually
• Conduct ledger scrutiny and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Review and manage statutory returns (RBI, GST, and other regulatory filings)
• Support and handle statutory audits and compliance processes

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Must have cleared CA Inter
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in:
• Statutory audits, or
• NBFC / Financial Services industry, or
• CA firms (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of:
• GST and tax filing
• Tally ERP Prime
• Good understanding of financial reporting standards (Ind AS)
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
