Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally Prime and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. This role requires accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage financial records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally .
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts, invoices, and bank statements.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, conditional formatting, etc.) for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Tally software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, dashboards).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience in handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
